I had some user-error trouble placing my order and needed to contact customer service a few times. Each time the customer service rep was friendly and reminded me how much they appreciate my business. This is a rarity in online commerce. When the product arrived it was as it looked online – a good thing. The coating on the paper feels silky smooth. I am extremely pleased.

The ordering process was very user friendly and the product options were very good. I am very satisfied with my cards. One negative: the promo quantity did not match the qty listed on your system so I had to break up my order in two parts, example: promo qty was 40, but you ordering quanties were 10/20/30/50.

I got a Groupon for ordering Christmas Photo Cards through Zazzle and took a chance (the deal was too good to pass up). I’m a VERY picky person when it comes to paper and print quality – I work in marketing and have a low tolerance for cheap materials. Needless to say, I was so surprised when these came in the mail. They’re lovely, heavy stock and the image print quality is perfect. The envelopes that came with the cards are plain white, but they’re nice and thick. I honestly didn’t have very high expectations when I placed my order, so I wanted to share this review with anyone on the fence about ordering cards through Zazzle. Give them a chance, it was a great value and I can’t wait to send them to family and friends.

I ordered these cards to test out the product and company. I was thouroughly impressed with the ease of putting my photos in the already prepped cards. I have made personalized photo cards and these were among the easiest. The durability is top notch. I am sure I will recieve compliments on our Christmas card this year. I like the fact that it was two sided and I could place two photos when I had a touch decision on which one would go on a one sided card.
