Initially there was a lot of confusion – I ended up ordering the wrong size, it accepted 2 groupon codes but only used one and left me unable to use the other (which made it so I was out that money). In the end though, I ended up being okay – not exactly the way I wanted to get them, and it was a lot of hassle, but customer service was wonderful. That’s the biggest thing I can say. They helped me in every way possible, letting me keep the ones that were too small, helping me order the right size, reactivating my groupon codes, and giving me discounts.
