The template was easy to use and I was able to customize my invitation as I wanted. When I had trouble, the customer service team was able to walk me through the site (to add/change things as I needed) and even went out of their way to test whether the RSVP and additional info cards would fit in the envelope it came with. The best surprise is when I turned the invite over and it didn’t say “Zazzle” on the back – my guest will have no idea that I saved a ton of money and didn’t use a custom design service. The only downside is the quality of the envelope provided…they’re really thin and cheap. I had to go to a stationary store to buy a better quality one.
