The pictures look fantastic. We just didn’t get half of our order when it arrived. A friend of mine got a completely different family’s order. I had to go back and ask for the rest of my order to be resent. If I’d been in a hurry we would have been in trouble. Despite the fact that they said they’d print the rest of our order and expedite them to us, it took over a week and half to arrive.

Extremely helpful phone assistant. He (Robert?) helped me crop the photo evenly and submit the order correctly. For some reason I thought the back side was dark brown instead of black, so my black and white holiday card might look a little on the gloomy side this year. Otherwise, very satisfied with Zazzle and intend to use the company next year for holiday cards if another Groupon-like discount is offered. Thank you!
