After having a frustrating ordering issue, the customer service team came through professionally and quickly, and resolved my problem. I received my order 3-4 days after placing it, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The paper is heavy card stock and the print/color quality was great. I’d recommend, and will use Zazzle again.

Looked stunning! Not as shiny as I thought but I went with the cheaper paper. Paper was nice and durable hard stock. Very pleased over all.

The only frustrating part was editing the invitation, saving it, then ordering it and it printed one of the first drafts; however when signing into my account the latest most recently saved draft was there. So I couldn’t understand why that is not what was printed. Zazzle printed all new ones at no charge so everything turned out great!
