I’ve used other sites that were a little more user friendly but I was able to contact customer service and the gal I spoke with was able to walk me through what I needed help with; she was very friendly too! The quality was very good.

Purchased a Groupon, so the value was great. However, the software to personalize the card was not very user-friendly. It was extremely difficult to position the photos evenly. It would be much easier if the software included pre-determined shapes that the pictures snapped to, rather than trying to resize and position myself. The software also doesn’t have a good zoom feature to use to view how lined up the photos actually are.

I was not pleased with the printing of this invitation. I used a professional picture and it printed very fuzzy. I like the invitation bur wish it would have printed as it appeared when I designed it.

Overall, I love the Zazzle cards and have ordered from them several times for Christmas cards for family and friends. When my cards arrived, I noticed some very slight imperfections with the delivery/product, such as very tiny bent corners on one side and the font design on the front getting cut off just a little. I’m sure most people will not notice which is why I can recommend them but I wish they were more attune to the details.
