We ordered Christmas cards and they were absolutely beautiful! The paper quality, color and design exceeded our expectations. However, we had used a coupon in processing our order and mistakenly it was processed for 1 card instead of 110. Zazzle couldn’t have been more understanding and accommodating in helping to fix the mistake. It was just six days before Christmas, so they waived the $70+ overnight shipping fee and we had our cards the very next day (and they still honored the coupon). It gave us time to make sure our cards arrived to family and friends in plenty of time. You don’t find many companies these days that will go to those extremes to help their customers. My Christmas cards turned out beautiful I made on Zazzle. My only complaint is they were a little more yellow than they appeared on my computer. This was only a minor complaint (thus the four stars). I bought a groupon for this purchase and they arrived sooner than the expected date. Great service

The card had great picture quality and texture. The problem is that it took almost 3 weeks to get my order and it was well short of the number of envelopes needed. I ended up having to purchase additional envelopes in order for the cards to arrive before Christmas. The problem is that it is not a standard envelope sold in stores so I had to get bigger ones.

With other companies you pay up to $3 extra for color or designs, but with Zazzle it’s part of the price!
