The paper is great. Non-glossy and thick. I loved all the options available. The interface was a bit confusing so I called customer service for support. Talked to a girl who was extremely helpful and personable. Will definitely use again. I used a Groupon deal and it was an fantastic value. These cards are of a much higher quality than drug store/warehouse printing.

My husband and I were satisfied with the final product, but wish the set up process would have been easier. It took several tries to set up the text and pictures for this card because the website either crashed or ceased to follow commands.

Was planning on ordering the standard Costco holiday photo cards, but then came across a Groupon for Zazzle. For about the same cost, I got beautiful, quality paper stock holiday cards. I appreciated the being able to customize the card, (though I mostly went with the suggested wording).
