The product itself is great! The problem I had was Zazzle sent the first batch with the sample print on it; not my typed up information. While I realize this was probably an error on my part, it seems your people could at least check dates on the info. they print. Doing so would have waved a red flag. What was so frustrating is I ordered another order the same night and it was correct; so I am not sure what went wrong. The best news is that after calling, Zazzle RUSH requested the order all over and overnighted it to me — that speaks volumes. YEAH, ZAZZLE!
