I order my Christmas cards from Zazzle every year, and I’ve never been disappointed. The envelopes this year may have been subject to moisture because nearly three-quarters of them were unusable. They were already fully or partially sealed shut, had bent corners, and were not flat. There was no damage to the packaging or the cards themselves, so it is unlikely that this was caused during shipping. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this until I was getting my cards ready to mail. I submitted a customer service email to Zazzle last week (with photos) but still haven’t received any response. The only reason that this review is not 5 stars is because of the envelopes and the non-response from customer service.
