My Christmas card turned out great. The card weight was really good and the pictures were really clear. Shipping and customer support were also really good. The only issue I had was with the photo editing application on the site. We picked a pretty complicated card and it took a while to figure out how to resize and position the picture correctly. Once we figured it out, the process went much quicker.

Card looks nice, and is as expected, but even after consulting a customer service expert by phone, I was shocked how small the photos are, Only headshots should be used because wide-angle shots are miniscule!

The product design and coloring is great but inserting pictures was very hard. the overlap, sizing and shifting of pictures was hard to do. It took me a couple of hours to find pictures to fit and shift around. was frustrating. would have been easier if i would have just done one picture.
