I loved the way they turned out. The site, however, made personalization somewhat of an issue. My picture made the font difficult to read. I needed to change the color. However, I placed the order as is because I was getting so frustrated with the site. Zazzle support contacted me and told me that they could cancel the order since it was difficult to read. However, they could do nothing to modify my order. They could only cancel it and I’d have to redo it completely. This was irksome as Christmas was coming quickly. After many phone calls all day during work, I spoke with someone competent enough to change the color of the font for me. They sent me the draft, I approved. Boom, done. After a few hoops and jumps, they turned out beautifully.

The quality of the paper and the print are great. My only complaint of Zazzle is their color balance while printing. Last year my print came out much darker than it looked online. So this year I made it lighter than I actually wanted to account for the darkening and it came out a bit too light. All in all, though, I’d definitely order again.
