The cards were beautiful and arrived in time for holiday giving. However, when I went to write on them and include the gift card, I discovered that there were no envelopes included. I have yet to hear back on my email to customer service. I also tried calling in, but their phone system was not taking any calls – rather they were directing customers to use the email system. Kudos to our local drug store for GIVING me the necessary sized envelopes (I offered to pay!) because envelopes for 5×7 are not really available in office supply sections of discount stores, and I didn’t have time to order online.

Never get matte finish when you use photos with detail. Looks like it’s covered in wax paper. Otherwise, my experience was great. Zazzle should warn you about this.
